Literally.
I had to lay down because I had a migraine and woke up to see my son had bright red hands. His blue cars and my carpet were also mysteriously red.
*sigh*
He found a tube of red acrylic paint in my craft box and got fancy with it.
Any tips for getting it out of my carpet? I'm wondering if I can do it like I did his hands, let it dry and then soak it out.
Cross posted! (sorry! I just don't want to lose my whole deposit!!!!)

Re: I Caught Him Red Handed
Wed, May 7, 2008 - 1:02 PMI wonder if you can do the almost the same thing with this as you can candle wax. Take a hot iron and a towel and see if it will melt into the towel. Or as the Maint man at the place you live if he has any ideas. Good luck and keep us posted. -

Re: I Caught Him Red Handed
Tue, May 13, 2008 - 12:23 AMI tried hand sanitizer on some wet blue paint that I spilled myself (like mother like son...LoL) and it only worked okay. I could still see blue when I was done. I wound up using some Resolve High Traffic Foam on the dry stuff the next day and with a lot of elbow grease, got 99% of it up. There's still a slightly red stain where I smeared it when it was wet, but I think I'm the only one who can see it.
